- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size of the home, condition, and level of detail requested. We focus on quality and consistency, not rushed or surface-level cleanings. We do have a service minimum and prioritize full-home and recurring clients, as that’s where we deliver the best results. Discounted rates may be available for recurring services (weekly/biweekly). Final pricing is always confirmed upfront. No surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick overview of your home and needs, then provide a clear price and scheduling options. Your first visit is usually a deeper maintenance clean, and from there we keep things consistent with a small, reliable team assigned to your home. Our goal is to make each visit predictable, efficient, and tailored to your preferences over time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from hands-on, high-volume residential and Airbnb cleaning, where attention to detail and efficiency are key. We’ve developed our own systems for maintaining homes at a high standard, including proper care for different surfaces like hardwood, tile, and concrete floors.
