They were able to come to my house earlier than expected, and gave me a quick assessment of the work that needed to be done. He was very upfront and honest, and told me that the best solution was to replace the appliance rather than spending money on a repair. I appreciated his quick response and his honesty. Despite the initial quote/communication from his office being poorly written and the contact from his secretary being hard to understand over the phone, he did a great job and met all our expectations. I would recommend calling him directly rather than going through his office.

I would absolutely recommend this appliance company if you need any appliance work done! I’m beyond grateful that Robert was able to fit me into his very busy schedule today because not having a working dryer when you have kids and it’s cold and raining outside is miserable. He and his tech arrived at my home in about an hour and they were very courteous and polite. He was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue at an exceedingly fair price and he answered all my questions patiently. We will definitely recommend him to family and friends and he’ll be the first person we call if we ever have another appliance issue!
