Michael arrived early, worked diligently, made sure both new fans were fully operational, then took away the packaging and old fans. Will definitely use Blue Mountain for any future electrical needs.

He was actually early and called to let me know. He was very courteous, respectful and professional. He installed a ceiling fan and did great work. I will call him back If I ever need electrical work.

The Electrician was friendly, professional and arrived on time. He Installed the ceiling fan very quickly and explained the options on the remote. He swept the floor when he was done and took the old ceiling fan with him. I will definitely call him again for any electrical work needed.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is lower in price compared to companies we see. We are not a big company so you don’t get big company prices with us. As long as you are within a reasonable driving distance from us we typically do not charge dispatch fees. We offer senior citizen, military and first responder discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to do in person meetings. It is better to get a hands on understanding of their project. After that we go through and assess the needs of the homeowner and then provide options to take care of their issues.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are R11 licensed in the state of Arizona with 18 years combined experience.
