I hired B&B BC both Brian and Bill as they appeared to be very trustworthy and honest, and it sounded like they really knew they’re stuff. All of the above may normally be true, however, not my experience of them. On the first actual work day Brian did not show up or even call. I waited 2 hours & gave up. In my experience this is usually a bad sign not to ignore. So I waited to see how long it would take him to call. 3 days later he texts me he’ll come out today. Like nothing happened. When asked (yes, I had to ask) he said that it got “nuts” (real busy). Is that an excuse for not showing up or calling for 3 days?? I said I’d have to think about whether to work with him after that. I called him a week or 2 later to see if he would just do one of the small jobs (I had many) just to see if it would work- give it another chance. I texted and called and never heard back again. Now THAT’S “nuts”! Also very unprofessional and maddening. Just glad I hadn’t given them any money. Moving on....

This review is very disturbing. I would love for you to tell the whole story. For instance how you said you were sick so I left you alone and went on to other jobs. Yes it did get busy but that was not the only reason I didn't come back right away. Just so you know, I have lost money on jobs doing the right thing so I don't appreciate you questioning my integrity. You didn't want to work with me that's fine. I tried to take care of you. But to slam me and make it seem like I am a scam artist is not ok. It's funny how I have great reviews and all of a sudden Im a scammer. Before you write a nasty review you should really think about the effect it will have and also if you are being fair. YOU ARE NOT Good luck to you.

I offer very competitive rates. I also give discounts to return customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would introduce myself. Ask lots of questions about the project before starting and make sure the customer is getting what was requested.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from years of actually doing the work. I have worked a long some great mentors who have taught me excellent technique.
