Gene was so good at what he did, he was on time, very polite. He looked around at what I needed done, NO PROBLEM, was his reply, and let me get to it. He was really neat, explained to me what he was doing and why it needed to be done that way. Wow, I am so very thankful I found him on Thumbtack, and will sure use him again! Gene was wonderful to work with! He installed a pergola in our backyard and he did a marvelous job. Gene really understood how important it was to us to get it up right the first time and treated the job just as if he was working on his own home. He is definitely a "measure twice cut once" kind of person. He is incredibly thorough, going over everything like a professional. He arrived promptly, and he finished the job on time and within budget that was quoted. Very nice man and he did a wonderful job!
