- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to price at an average for our area and be fair with pricing, especially with how the economy is nowadays. The estimates and quotes are never set in stone. You are always urged to reach out to us and talk about prices with us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually arrive a few minutes early on the day the clean is scheduled. We like to have you do a walk through with us and tell us everything you need/want done. Once that is done, we just get to work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Apart from being parents to 3 wild and messy children, we have been taking classes about professional cleaning. When we are not out cleaning houses, we are usually at home working on our cleaning business. Researching to improve our business, watching YouTube videos on how best to clean professionally, reading and researching on how to run a cleaning business, etc.
