FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do overall have set prices based on hourly pay. However there can always be exceptions that effect that. So, again, no real rules. Circumstances dictate. I am fair and resonable. I believe as long as both parties are fair and satisfied, then it is a win win situation, which is what I always desire. I want my client to be happy in the end as I too desire to be upon the completion of a day and/or job done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I set up a meeting which allows us time to meet and visit in a relaxed situation. No preasure. This is the begining of a relationship as I see it and therefore needs time and attention to establish if it is going to be a good one. I hope we can go beyond the technical business stuff and get to know one another making the business stuff much easier for both parties. Not something dreaded. I realize each client is an individual and give consideration for such. I don't have black and white have to's. I'm always flexable as circumstances allow.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was in the past a trained and state licensed CNA and EMT. As well have been cleaning houses and caring for others (infant thru seniors), since I was 10yrs old. I also studied sociology and psychology in college for 4yrs. As well as taken many parenting and life skills classes. Most importantly continue to positively interact with people at every opprotunity.
