What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For the Flagstaff area I offer free estimates. Outside of the Flagstaff area I do charge a fee for travel.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After contact and information about your project we’ll schedule an in person/estimate walkthrough. Next if the estimate is agreed upon we’ll schedule the project at the earliest availability
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I finished an apprenticeship when I first started, acquired my license through years of experience and completing my electrical exam for commercial and residential electric.
