- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Massage When you arrive at my Flagstaff Massage Office, you will be asked to fill out a short form. We will discuss the issues you are having and then start the massage. I customize each massage for each person. Hypnotherapy When you arrive at my Flagstaff Hypnotherapy office you will be asked to fill out a short intake form. I will then ask you some questions about your problem. After that, you will be guided into a deeply relaxed state. We will clear out what has been blocking you and create a positive vision of what you are wanting in your life. This will include desired behaviors, increased motivation and positive new habits. You will feel deeply relaxed and be aware of what is going on. You will be in control and will remember everything that happens. You will be given a short homework assignment at the end of each session. You will also get a recording of the hypnosis session to listen to at home in between sessions. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Massage I received my certificate from the National Holistic Institute, one of the most prestigious schools in California, and graduated at the top of my class. Hypnotherapy I received my certification in Hypnotherapy from the HCH Institute of Psycho-Spiritual Training in Lafayette, CA and have advanced training in EFT. I was trained in transpersonal hypnotherapy which is a very holistic form of hypnotherapy. For five years I also ran the largest Law of Attraction meetup group in Northern California and was a member of the intensive Abraham-Hicks Law of Attraction Master’s Program requiring over 15 hours of study a month.
