- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Stone material is sold "by the slab" and much more stone is normally needed than one would expect from looking at a job and it's square footage. Normally customers will buy 40-50% more stone footage than will end up on their surfaces, and this can surprise unexperienced customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will set up a time to meet and go over your project needs. I can communicate through text, email, call, or "hey, can you swing by later?". My goal will be to find you a stunning piece of art that will become a centerpiece to your home, and bring you happiness often.
