- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Things don't always go as planned so I just ask my clients to have a little flexibility while we meet their needs. In the end we both want the same thing: their technology performing at peak efficiency for a reasonable price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a brief conversation about current and future technology needs and ideas so I can make relevant recommendations while I work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a 2-year degree in Computer Information Systems, a CompTIA A+ industry certifiation, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate certifications in all the current Windows OSes (7, 8.1 and 10 plus Server 2012 R2), and I'm currently working on my MCSE certificate.
