- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have options for many different budgets and needs. We do also have financing because we believe everybody deserves perfect comfort without draining their bank account. We have clear transparent pricing, the pricing you see is what you pay not upcharges or added fees or taxes. That's all included in our upfront pricing. You may also be able to get additional rebates or incentives on certain equipment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
While working with a customer we like to make it easy for them to book. You can book directly on our website at ************************** or reach out to us via phone. We will provide upfront pricing every step of the way and won't move forward until you are confident with you decision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hold several certifications in many different areas of HVAC and are licensed by the state of AZ.
