- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No complication here. I quote projects with clear descriptions so you know what you're getting. I'd ask - why do you have a complicated pricing structure? Is it so they can hold you hostage and bury you with additional unforeseen charges? Yikes!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a continual learner. I am always attending continuing education.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was a math major and didn't want to be the math teacher that everyone hated. I switched to commercial art/graphic design and have been speaking/serving in the sales and marketing skill arena for over 25 years. I created everything from logos to books to annual reports to ads and even had Apple corporate as my client when they wanted to build their first Intranet (internal business website). My talent lies in working with people. My optimistic and encouraging style allows for more possibilities than my competition can think of. I've always been cost-sensitive and result driven (my math roots). My passion is seeing my clients have their sales and marketing needs covered so they can focus better on their customer support and operational efficiencies.
