Worst ever (having moved almost 40 times and made hundreds of runs to pick up used furniture). Not only do they know nothing about moving, but don’t have common sense or care enough to Google what they don’t know. They showed up at the wrong time in a truck that was too short to move the items I gave them specific dimensions for (3 potted cacti). Despite my sensing photos and exact dimensions, they had no idea how to move cacti (you need a tall vehicle and rug, or at least a blanket to support the plant when you lie it down… though I specifically requested the plants travel upright and they confirmed they would do… and did not. To top it off, these “professional” movers didn’t have blankets, a dolly, gloves, or tie down straps. Because of this, one $300 cacti was damaged and I had to use my own bath towels to prevent further damage. When I called the dispatcher to inform him of this poor service and my damaged property, he was defensive and still asked me to pay in full. The only good thing I can say is that the actual movers were polite and followed instructions. The dispatcher was so bad that I asked if perhaps it was his first day, or he didn’t speak English, or was illiterate. Apparently he’s just not good at his job. This is the only negative review I have written in my life.
