One hour massage. The service is excellent. Tara has relieved me of a painful shoulder through massage. Her methods work. Tara is very intelligent about her profession, but remains humble and best of all, quiet. Her focus and objective is to be of service to the present client and she focuses all of her energy on that appointment. Tara has never been late, always follows up. My husband and I have followed her from Del Mar, Mission Valley and El Cajon since we met her. It is worth the trip. She stands out, I highly recommend her. Keep up the great work.

I have been going to Tara for quite awhile now. I was looking for someone who had a deep understanding of anatomy and Tara has not disappointed. She is knowledgeable and really talented. I am a trainer and yoga instructor who has had back pain on and off for 8 years. I won't just go to any massage therapist and really did my research. Her prices are reasonable and she believes quality over quantity. In other words no gauging!

What sets Tara apart from other therapists, is that she tailors each session to your exact needs at them time. She always uses just the right amount of pressure to get the muscles released but not so much that you are uncomfortable. She gives a fantastic massage!!
