Cannot recommend this company and Luke enough. We bought a home that was built in the 1960s and did a complete remodel. There was a number of issues from plumbing not done correctly before that Luke helped us identify and repair in a timely and efficient manner. It is clear when you work with Luke that he has years of experience and a large background in plumbing. Additionally he has a large amount of knowledge about construction in general so when working with multiple contractors and builders, etc. he communicates easily amongst the team which was also so helpful.When guiding us on our project it was obvious he took a genuine interest in making sure what we were doing was going to work best for our house and our family in the long-run. The quality of work he provided us with is incomparable. He is easy to work with, honest, and fair. We wont be using anyone besides Renova for any future needs.

Luke was great. From a prompt call back on initial contact, to a set time for an appointment (not a 4 hour range), prompt arrival, accurate diagnosis of the problem and straightforward fair assessment of recommended repair and costs. The job was completed quickly and efficiently and cleaned up well after. The quality of workmanship was excellent. The final bill was exactly what the estimated costs were despite a few complications and extra time involved.Nice to have a quality craftsman that owns his own business and cares about the excellence of service needed to be successful in our community for a long.Luke will be the first call for any future plumbing needs.
