We are selling our home and needed a grout company to clean my floors. I reached out to The Grout Medic and they explained the process and provided an affordable quote. Gary was very professional and knowledgeable and provided great tips how to maintained my floors clean in near future. Brandon was the cleaning guy, he was so friendly and very detailed to capture the tough areas!!
The impressive part was his supervisor came to check on his performance and to take proper measurement's. Gary answered questions he made himself available and did not rush leaving until he ensured that we were happy with the results.
I highly recommend this company for their professionalism, knowledgeable & expertise!

We were pretty set on needing new flooring, but until then we called The Grout Medic to do something with what we had. Gary came to our home & showed us all they had to offer. There was zero sales pressure. We went with a cleaning & grout color seal. The worker, Brandon, came to our house on time, very nice & professional. Four hours later the large area of flooring in our kitchen/dining area was done. The entire floor looked brand new. The flooring we didn't like now looked great & we liked it. Great price, we saved over 6K not getting a new floor. They have a great price to come & clean it periodically to keep it looking like new which we will do. Visitors have asked if we got a new floor! We are so happy with The Grout Medic from beginning to completion. Best decision we've made here so far!
