- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$35 Per Sq/Ft (Standard Edge), $200 Per Sink Cutout, $45 Per Sq/Ft (Mitre).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we go over material and measurements to fit the wants of the customer. Customer gives ideas and we usually give an opinion to get better ideas. Then of course go over final price so there are no misunderstanding nor any surprises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
7 Years Experience in Countertops. Worked at Said Marble & Granite for all 7 years. Started as Polisher and made my way up to manager.
