I have a Bachelor's of Science degree in Exercise Physiology and I am certified by the American College of Sports Medicine in Exercise Physiology. I specialize in adult fitness (ages 55-?), yoga and nutrition. I also travel and can bring a class of your choice to your school or business. In addition to this I offer virtual training and nutrition programs. If one on one pricing doesn't agree with your wallet, then maybe virtual training does. Lisa at Balanced Fitness has been coaching me since May. After just a few sessions, I started to feel stronger and healthier. I now have muscle tone and strength after a couple of months. Lisa is the best Personal Trainer I have ever worked with, and I highly recommend her expertise. It's a lifestyle change, and easy to maintain.

I started working with Lisa in an age-management program almost two years ago, and she has become a long-distance friend as well as a valued advisor. I tend to be an unguided missile, and in the fitness/nutrition arena, she is my guidance system. She is a true professional and an unfailingly enthusiastic and caring person. I could not recommend her more highly.

I worked with Lisa about 15 years ago. She is a great motivator without being pushy or judgmental! She will guide you in the right direction. Lisa has a way of letting you be in charge of your decisions while gently prodding you. She genuinely cares about your health and even went so far as to bring lunch for me many times - just so I could see truly healthy meals/snacks. All these years later, I still carry much of what Lisa taught me. Namaste Lisa!!

Have been working out with Lisa for over a year, and she is amazing! She listens, coaches, encourages and inspires! Now she's training my mother-in-law who is 77 yrs old. Lisa does a fantastic job with her and has an uncanny ability to use just the appropriate energy level for whoever she is training with! LOVE HER!!! ??????

I take yoga classes with Lisa. I've taken the beginner class & advanced as well. Lisa is kind, caring and cognizant of her students & encourages modifications for those who need it. I always leave her class fulfilled & at rest.
