My wife and I both had a great experience with Jon. He's very knowledgable and gifted with his craft. We both had areas that were causing issues. Jon used tecnhnics to find the source causing the issues and released them giving us back our mobility. He was very educational and used excellent senarios to help us relate to what his technics were doing to our muscles and spine. My wife had an area in her shoulder that was giving her a lot of pain. While Jon worked to free that muscle she felt no pain for such an inflamed area. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?**Training is provided as a membership and NOT sold as "individual sessions" per se. Therefore, the base-price reflected in personal training quotes is the maximum-amount-breakdown, if the sessions were viewed as individually priced. Unfortunately, Thumbtack does not have any other way to provide a quote. The price "per-session" will most often be lower than this BASE PRICE quoted. The "actual-cost" per session is dependent upon multiple factors, including: location (& distance), number of desired training sessions per week, and the number of months in the training membership, online coaching -vs- in-person, individual training -vs- partner training, etc. We are happy (and encourage) a complimentary, no strings attached, consultation so we can better understand your goals, understand if we'd be a good fit for each other, and provide a more accurate quote based upon YOUR needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We encourage a complimentary phone consultation prior to scheduling any in-person service we provide (massage/ personal training). All new clients will complete intake questionnaires specific to the service being provided. This will give us the necessary background information (i.e. health history) to provide the best service possible. Quite often, the intake form will either be completed online, or sent via email. Training, nutrition and health coaching services require payment upfront, while massage/ bodywork sessions are due after service completeion.

FMS Certified (Functional Movement Screen) NASM Certified Trainer with the following advanced credentials: -Performance Enhancement Specialist -Corrective Exercise Specialist -Weight Loss Specialist *Licensed Massage Therapist (24 yrs of professional experience) Advanced Training in: -Neuromuscular Therapy -Sports and Clinical Massage -Orthopedic Assessment -Myoskeletal Alignment (a type of structural alignment therapy) -Myofascial Release I have a firm belief in continuing education and pursuit of constant improvement.
