Aaron with Helping Hands Heating & Cooling has been taking care of us for five or six years here in Phoenix, and hes been consistently excellent. Dependable, thorough, and honest. He solves problems others couldnt, doesnt upsell, and explains your options so you can decide. Best combination of price and quality weve found. I wouldnt use anyone else. Highly recommend.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide upfront, flat-rate pricing before any work begins — no surprise charges. Service call/diagnostic fee is $99, which we waive if you move forward with the repair. We offer discounts for seniors, military, and first responders, and financing options are available for larger repairs and system replacements. Free estimates on new system installations.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a call to understand what's going on and get your info into our system. From there we schedule a visit at a time that works for you — our tech will show up on time, diagnose the issue, and walk you through exactly what's wrong and what it'll cost before doing any work. No pressure, no upsells you don't need. Once you approve, we get the work done right the first time and stand behind it. After the job, you'll get a clear invoice and we're just a call away if anything comes up.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Well over a decade in the HVAC trade working for highly reputable companies. That hands-on experience covers everything from installs to diagnostics and repair on all major residential systems and brands. Helping Hands is a licensed Arizona contractor and our team stays current on manufacturer training and code requirements across the Valley.
