JUST CALL THEM!I messaged Aaron due to an AC leaking emergency. He was not only helpful in getting my problem fixed and our AC working again, but helped coordinating support for other concerns we had with our leak.Trusting someone in your home and around little kids can be hard to find but not with Aaron. If you want honest hard work and good service this is the company to call. I thought I had to buy a whole new system but he informed me that we could upgrade the system i currently have. I've had cold ac blowing since then. Call helping hands the owner Aaron is honest hard working guy that will do you right.

Aaron and Dominic were super helpful throughout the whole process of buying and installing a new AC. first inspecting our home to make sure there were no issues with our ventilation and duct system. Our AC unit was too small for our home so we had to upgrade. The Helping Hands team got it done it less time than they had said and were easy to deal with. Appreciate yall!

We provide upfront, flat-rate pricing before any work begins — no surprise charges. Service call/diagnostic fee is $99, which we waive if you move forward with the repair. We offer discounts for seniors, military, and first responders, and financing options are available for larger repairs and system replacements. Free estimates on new system installations.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a call to understand what's going on and get your info into our system. From there we schedule a visit at a time that works for you — our tech will show up on time, diagnose the issue, and walk you through exactly what's wrong and what it'll cost before doing any work. No pressure, no upsells you don't need. Once you approve, we get the work done right the first time and stand behind it. After the job, you'll get a clear invoice and we're just a call away if anything comes up.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Well over a decade in the HVAC trade working for highly reputable companies. That hands-on experience covers everything from installs to diagnostics and repair on all major residential systems and brands. Helping Hands is a licensed Arizona contractor and our team stays current on manufacturer training and code requirements across the Valley.
