Sink or Faucet Repair
Ryan was excellent. He gave a very prompt quote and a very good price for the job. He kept in communication to let me know exactly when he was coming and arrived on the dot. He and his assistant worked much longer than I would have expected for such a small job, but the price didn't change. He was friendly, polite, and efficient. Outstanding!

Sink or Faucet Repair
Ryan did a wonders u job. He's very honest and his prices are very very reasonable. I called him in for a faucet leak it turned out that it was just loose he fixed it right away he knew what was wrong but of course he took it apart to make sure that nothing else was causing the problem. Then he discovered that my sinks faucets all four of them needed to be tightened he fixed them for me with no charge! I will definitely hire him again in the future! Very nice and polite thank you Ryan!

Plumbing Drain Repair
This was supposed to be a straightforward project - to install a new garbage disposal, kitchen faucet and RO spout. The last part, the RO faucet, turned out to be a tough non-standard case and required some extra effort and an extra visit, which Ryan handled very professionally without an extra charge (!)

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I offer free up-front estimates within globe and Miami locations. A small service fee for outside service areas. Costumers will receive a written estimate before beginning any work and receive an invoice on completion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I will discuss over the phone what the job entails and sometimes may give a give a ball park estimate. I will schedule a time to visit the job site to give a proper estimate and then schedule for the repair. I will in most cases perform the repair on the same day as the estimates is excepted.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?17 years experience in the service plumbing industry both residential and commerical. I have worked for some of the top companies in Phoenix Arizona. I started from the ground up from new construction plumbing to services pre existing home plumbing. I attended Arizona contracting school and classes for plumbing codes and regulations. I have experience in pricing jobs accordingly and giving detailed estimates for the work that will be performed.
