- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer free up-front estimates within globe and Miami locations. A small service fee for outside service areas. Costumers will receive a written estimate before beginning any work and receive an invoice on completion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will discuss over the phone what the job entails and sometimes may give a give a ball park estimate. I will schedule a time to visit the job site to give a proper estimate and then schedule for the repair. I will in most cases perform the repair on the same day as the estimates is excepted.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
17 years experience in the service plumbing industry both residential and commerical. I have worked for some of the top companies in Phoenix Arizona. I started from the ground up from new construction plumbing to services pre existing home plumbing. I attended Arizona contracting school and classes for plumbing codes and regulations. I have experience in pricing jobs accordingly and giving detailed estimates for the work that will be performed.
