We did not actually hire R&N; the Thumbtack follow up questionnaire did not give any other option. I can tell you that they called back right away and gave a comprehensive quote for different repair scenarios. I was very impressed with their professionalism and sound advice (same advice from my plumber friends too far away to help). We wound up using a plumbing company that an insurance adjuster, whom I worked with in the past, recommended with high praises; otherwise, I would have used R&N.
