- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The Solar Brokers are Certified Dealers for multiple installers nationwide. We are vetted, trained, and background checked to sell their services. Installers prefer reputable, 1099 dealers to keep their costs low and pass the savings to you. (1) $0 consultations done over the phone, virtually, or in person. (2) Ask about our $2000 new client bonus program. (3) $0 down/$0 to install options. (4) Newest 2026 Hybrid Loans & Cash Offers: The lender absorbs 30% in federal tax incentives, and you only pay 70% for your American-Made system! - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
SOLAR DISCOVERY CALL: (1) Listen to what you're looking for, find your budget, and answer any questions or concerns you may have. (2) Gather utility information (clear bill showing graph/s, full bill preferred, some utilities allow guest access so we can download all data). (3) Schedule your consultation. (4) Our goal isn't to sell you; it's to educate you on the multiple ways to go solar, find your best solution that fits your needs (not the installers or sales rep), and let you make the decision. (5) Utility rates will always increase. Let's figure out a plan to switch energy companies and lock in your price per kWh for 40+ years!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The core of my training is focused on understanding customer needs, demonstrating the benefits of solar, and providing exceptional customer service. My qualifications are built on a combination of professional experience, specialized sales training, and technical knowledge. I have also completed comprehensive internal installer training, including specialized modules on sales training and understanding of solar system components, such as panels, inverters, and batteries.
