Hello I'm a plumbing contractor and ex us navy seabee just looking to continue to provide a service to my community. I have over 30 years of plumbing experience and knowledge. We have a plumbing business that my family started in 1989 in Southern California. We have also recently established an R.O.C licensed and bonded company in Arizona as of June 2025. Our hot water heater went out and I contacted James through Thumbtack in the morning and he responded immediately and followed up with a phone call. He was able to come out the same day and replace our hot water heater, which was huge! James was exceptionally responsive, articulate and friendly. He gave me a no nonsense out the door price over the phone and that is exactly what we paid when he was finished with the job. We will definitely be contacting him in the future with any plumbing needs!!!! AAAAA+++++
