The job was pretty straight forward - We would provide the tile, thinset and clear the room. All that was needed was for the tile to be laid. We could have done it but we just did not want to. We went through Thumbtack for the referrals and had three professionals stop by to look at the kitchen and provide quotes. We disqualified on immediately based on their outlandish quote. The other two gave reasonable quotes for the easy and straight forward job at hand. K&H Flooring was the more expensive of the two quotes. We picked them due to the fact that they asked more questions and they pointed out something that the other professional did not - we needed to add grout to the list of provided items even though we were going edge to edge on the tile. They suggested a product that would grout and seal the tile at the same time. We schedule a time for them to come in and lay the tile. Meanwhile we picked up all the needed items. The day of - they came in and immediately got to work. They set everything up and worked non-stop. Tile was laid in about half a day without going over what we had bought. Even without the grout/sealing and being dirty the work looked fantastic. They gave instructions that we were not to walk on it for 24 hours and they would be back the next day to grout and seal the tile. The next day - Same thing, they arrive and immediately got to work. This time they were done long before I expected them to be done. I had not even realized that they were grouting and sealing the tile when they started cleaning up and putting their equipment away. The tile looked fantastic! They were very professional, personable and did not harass me about payment throughout the process like other contractors I have worked with. They tackled the job, worked hard and did exactly what needed to be done in a timely manner. They cleaned up after themselves and then some. They asked questions where they needed to and answered questions when asked. Definitely would hire for other projects and will recommend to others.

Had one master bedroom done and they completed faster than their original time estimate. They helped me pick out a tile style, brought all the materials to me and were transparent with costs. Install looks super clean and professional - no complaints at all. Will definitely use again!
