Introduction: I'm Daniel Walsh and I currently operate and own Walsh Designs, Inc. in Hereford, AZ. I provide CADD drafting services from my home-based business. I have design drafting experience of over twenty-five years. I design in 3D and at present, produce construction drawings of custom homes, stand-alone garages, existing home additions, custom decks and gazebos for submission for building permits to county and local planning and zoning departments. I have over 150 home designs on file with square footing ranging from 700 to 7,000. I also provide various other drafting services. For instance, I do revision work and as-built drawings for contractors. I can use existing paper drawings and redraw into Autocad drawing files. I have worked in various disciplines within the engineering fields. I have experience in civil, mechanical and structural site design, bulk storage facilities, pipeline design, solid waste landfill facilities and co-generation facilities. I have vast drafting experience with making technical drawings for technical application manuals for various products and equipment. I have an extensive portfolio of previous engineering projects which I have worked on and an in-depth referral list of personal clients and professional contractors available upon request.
