- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price most services on a per job basis, not per hour. This protects us and the customer by allowing straight forward up front pricing, without gimmicks. We won't waste time trying to add up hours, rather operate as efficiently as possible to get the job done right, the first time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet all new customers on site to discuss their properties, get to know them, and formulate a detailed estimate on the scope of work. All of our estimates are descriptive with pictures attached for added transparency.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company has a combined 40 years of landscape experience in landscape maintenance, installation, and repair. We are current landscape contractors for both residential and commercial in the landscaping space.
