I called them to help find out what was wrong with my AC unit yesterday. They came right away and found out that there was serious problems with it. So we are still waiting to find what the cost will be and if we will need to replace unit or if it can be fixed for a reasonable price? But at least they are doing everything they can do to resolve the situation. I would recommend them to anyone who needs service for their air conditioner. I am praying that we can find a way to pay for it because we are retired and have limited income.
