Professional service tech, I am a retired tech and he did exactly as I would have. I no longer can do this type since I shattered my hip on icy steps and will request him again for any future problems

After losing heat for two days, we were lucky our homeowners insurance reached out to A/C Pros right away. Blair came out, inspected the damage and got right to work. He had everything we needed to get the system back up and running again. In about an hour we had heat again. Our technician Blair was very thorough and explained everything that needed to be done. We couldn't of been any happier with A/C Pros, they were very professional and best of all, showed up on time. I would recommend to anyone who is in need of service.

Very friendly and professional, always on time, and great overall service. They've installed both a new AC unit and new furnace for me and both experiences were exceptional. In all service calls, they have gone above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly and even notified me of possible issues that were outside the scope of their sphere (for example, they found an issue with some tiles on my roof and notified me before it caused a leak). 10/10 would recommend for all HVAC services.
