I was so impressed with Mike and Matthew. They were so respectful, knowledgeable and very hardworking young men. They went above and beyond by repairing areas under my home that made my home safe. I turned on my A/C and it is so much cooler since they worked on it. These two young men are a true Blessing!

I was considering replacing my unit as it is at the end of it's lifespan. Pitzer's representative, Phillip, spent considerable time (and effort examining duct work in my very hot attic) to explain all my options. My new unit will be installed in the coming week.
Very pleased with new system. Working well. Noah just did my bi-annual check up. Very professional and knowledgeable. Arrived on time and went over and above.
It’s more than a year after my install and Derek just made some adjustments for me during my biannual check. He went over and above to resolve an issue which could have caused a problem and unit is quieter and running even better now!
