- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide a very reasonable price quote for each individual job! Each job is priced according to the decor that the potential client is wanting, and mock-ups are provided for customer to see what they will be getting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Request inspiration pic(s) from the potential customer, ask questions regarding the event, (i.e, what kind of event, date and location of the venue, etc.) and then I will *****************************. Once the initial invoice deposit is made, then we reserve the date for the event and start making big plans!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve had my LLC since October of 2022 and have all 5 star reviews on google. The reviews speak for themselves.
