I had an excellent experience with RMZ Heating & Cooling, and I highly recommend their services. Mr. Edga is a respectful, humble, and incredibly knowledgeable young man. When he came to check my AC, he took the time to thoroughly explain what was wrong and gave me clear options on how it could be repaired.Before contacting RMZ, I had spoken with a few big-name companies, and they were quick to push expensive replacement quotes without considering any repair options. What stood out about Mr. Edga was that he was honest and transparent. Even though I ultimately decided to go with a full replacement, it meant a lot to know that I had the option to repair first, especially for someone who may not be financially ready to replace a unit right away.The confidence and comfort I felt speaking with him came from knowing I was dealing with a true professional, someone who prioritizes the clients situation, not just making a sale. He installed my new AC, and the work was done efficiently and with great care.
