Five Stars All the Way! I can’t say enough good things about Maels Mighty Demo and Monico’s team. We needed a large shed with a concrete foundation demolished quickly to make way for a new pool, and these guys were an absolute lifesaver. They came out on extremely short notice, were right on time, and got everything done in just a couple of days. Honestly, they went above and beyond, clearing out more than we expected and leaving the site spotless. What really sets them apart is their professionalism and kindness. We had dealt with other companies that didn’t even show up, but Monico and his crew made sure we were taken care of without any hassle. They kept me in the loop the entire time and offered a super fair price for the work. If you need demolition done right, these are the folks to call.

Mr. Monico and his team showed up dressed in full safety gear ready to tackle removal of back sheeting/framing, requiring working from 24' height using scaffolding. Extremely kind and attentive, I trusted we would be treated well, which we were!

Brought in Monoco for a bathroom demo and they did a fantastic job! Very courteous and responsive to my needs and suggestions. Great job on dust abatement (over the top)! Estimate was a tad high compared to others but negotiated because I had good feeling about his approach. The result was great and just what I needed to save myself back-breaking work. Thanks, guys!
