What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For notaries I can come to your house or meet at a near by Starbucks. My hours are 6AM - 11:30PM. My minimum charge is $25. Total cost depends on location, notaries needed and time of service. For process serving the cost ranges from $50 to $125 depending on distance, speed and attempts needed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I discuss the clients needs over a phone call to determine the best and most effective way to help.
