Ivan came by to give me a quote on building material removal at 10:45 AM and was loaded and gone by 11:30 AM. So needless to say the quote was right in my ballpark and my ballpark is real tight.

Holy moly!!! Ivan and his father-in-law came out to give us a quote on a large project. Our backyard was an eyesore, and although it wasn't even on our to do list yet, we were curious to know what a cleanup would cost. Ivan said he could do the work on the spot!
I am blown away. My heart is elevated with pure joy, looking at their work! They are fast, efficient, hard working, and have done a gorgeous, phenomenal job. It would have taken me an entire weekend to do 1/50th of what they did in a few hours. I was not even aware my yard could look so good!
They also were able to diagnose a leak in my yard, I never would have found, and has probably been the cause of my monstrous and unexplainable water bill as of late. This savings alone pretty much paid for their service.
Overall, Ivan and family are kind, timely, humble, hardworking, efficient, effective, pay attention to detail, went above and beyond with hauling away debris, and are a joy to work with. They even picked up a ton of dog crap! I'm praying he's available for monthly maintenance. I want the peace of mind of having a good worker keep my place always looking this good.

Ivan said he was to come remove debris with rocks for a very reasonable quote. The next day when he came it started to sprinkle, he waited to see if was going to be a down pour which it wasn't and cleaning up the huge pile very fast. I was very please perseverance and professionalism.

Ivan did an outstanding job. He came out to give me a quote and I ended up hiring him right away. Ivan took the time to explain what his quote included. The work was fantastic- I have gotten comments from others how good it looks. When they were finished everything was immaculate. They went through the yard after blowing to make sure everything was clean. I noticed them picking up stray leaves rather than just leaving them to blow away. Very conscientious workers. He did such a fantastic job I have scheduled my next appointment with him.
