WOW. A young man with manners, brains, and knowledge of his occupation. We talked about our bankruptcy problems are he understood and had everything explained and taken care of in the first hour. Come to find out we didn’t need a BK. He worked everything out for us and made it all clear. He could have went ahead and filed and took our money but being an honest young man he showed us how to handle our problem and no charge. We felt so relieved and he was so pleasant we would recommend him to anyone. I know you will find out he’s great

Had a lot of questions and wanted a second opinion, he broke it down to where I was able to understand. Highly recommendable.

Jason's experience and knowledge was valuable during a time of great uncertainty. Going into bankruptcy was a new experience, Jason was able to guide us and help us understand what was going to happen. Everything he said would happen, did happen. there were no surprises. That to me was the greatest value, knowing what to expect. In the initial consultation Jason sat with us and answered every questioned and never seemed to mind of the time we were taking. If you are thinking about filing for bankruptcy I highly recommend reaching out to Treguboff Law to help guide you through this difficult situation

I cannot say enough about this young man. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. My husband and I are both in our 80’s. He explained it in terms we could understand. Did not talk down to us. VERY patient with us in explaining everything He did not rush us or talked down to us. And when we went through everything he told us we did not need bankruptcy. He could have put us through it for the money but instead stayed on the phone and explained what it was we needed to do. After i thanked him and we talked for awhile like I was family. I felt very comfortable talking about problems and feel he would be the best he could no matter who he was serving. I would recommend him very strongly.

FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? In most circumstances, individual Chapter 7 cases can be filed for a nominal upfront fee and low bi-weekly payments thereafter.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I completed my undergrad in political science at Arizona State University (Go Devils!) and attended law school at the University of Utah.
- How did you get started doing this type of work? After graduating from law school, I worked at a small law firm handling family law and bankruptcy matters. I quickly learned I did not like family law, but really enjoyed helping individuals escape the stress of crushing debt. After about a year, I went to work at a firm with a high volume bankruptcy practice. I worked under a certified bankruptcy specialist for about 7 years and gained a substantial amount of experience. After that, I took a position at a smaller firm near my home to get away from that soul crushing commute downtown. About 2 years later I decided to take the plunge and start my own practice.
