Honesty is the best policy. Sometimes cheap price means bad job. You should always look at the small print and make sure you only pay for what you want.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I wish that customers knew that even if I do a pretty good job, that they will never get it to be like brand new. I will be very close to that but I'm not a magician and I cannot bring them brand new carpet again. Since it is damaged badly the damage is done irreversibly.
