I had Joseph do 5 household jobs for me over the couse of the last 6 months.....Amazing results here....more than fair prices. First job was replace the patio facets that were dry rotted. He was quite thorough with this repair and the results are perfect. The second repair was to replace and rebuild our hose bib with our pool automatic water leveler....again...Wow! The results and price were so great! What a Blessing he is. So, then we decided to have him build us a mantle for our fireplace, paint the wall around and redo the baseboards to match....in our Family room! Looks amazing....then, we had him repair our hanging cupboards in the hall way, they were sagging and not correctly fitted in the space....and once again...Wow!! Perfect repair.....and then I asked him if he could remove some hanging mirrored closet doors for me.....he did it! Three out of the Five jobs, I added because he was so meticulous about the jobs given. Very honest Handyman.....I am already making a new list!
