Jacob was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. He was quick and the job was great. I wish we had called him sooner to install the bifold doors. He also helped with a light fixture in the garage that wasn't working properly. We will definitely have him back for a few other projects.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial contact is usually via messaging, photos and detail are very important. Photos help me identify the project, the details help me understand what the process will take and quoting the job correctly.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a professional door and hardware installer for over 6 years. As of July of 2023, I made the decision to branchout on my own and create a business that connects me with individuals who need a professional like me. I am also working on getting my license as a professional handyman, with over 15 years of experience, why not!
