I had 2 people I needed served who had been evading every process server I sent their way. 3 different times having them served, 3 times I had to use alternate service and pay extra, until I found Kimmons Investigation. I called him, and the same day, he had served one of the defendants and had the other served within 48 hours. He does his research and keeps his clients in the loop. I am extremely satisfied with his service and his competitive prices. If you need a good process server, use Kimmons Investigations.

I hired Kimmons for serving papers and it was served same day and got everything done at courthouse immediately. Couldn't have gone better. And Barry was very friendly, it was an all around good experience aside from the circumstances.

Kimmons Investigation was very fast, professional and communicated well. Once I hired Mr. Kimmons, my papers were served and recorded with courts within 24 hours. I had tried certified mail, Fed Ex and another process serving company...all unsuccessful until Mr. Kimmons.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I arrange to meet with all clients personally to discuss the types of services to be provided. After our initial consultation, I review the Letter of Engagement Contract detailing the service agreement between the agency and the client. A retainer may be required based on the type of services to be provided.
