Kent Noggle of Kents Cooling and Heating promptly contacted me concerning my home air conditioner issue.
He offered a reasonable service fee. Set-up a time the very next day to look at my unit and arrived on time.
He was neat and clean, worked effectively and diagnosed the problem quickly, He took the time to explain several options on how the unit could be repaired. He answered all of my questions and concerns and didn't try to rush me into making a rash decision.
Very impressed with Kents Cooling and Heating. He's at the top of my list for service technicians.

Honest. Kent was able to fix my existing unit that 4 other companies couldn't figure out. He saved me the cost of a new unit, over $4000! He will be my choice when I do need to replace.

I highly recommend Kent Cooling for your AC repair or replacement. Kent came to the rescue when our AC failed. He inspected the AC and gave us 2 options: replace the compressor or replace the unit. Since the costs were similar we decided on a new Goodman GSC130361 for $2K with a 5 year warranty. Kent was very friendly and gave us time to shop around before we decided this was the best deal. Kent was easily accessible by internet and phone, which made it easy to schedule the visit, which was the very next day!
