- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service fee HVAC $100.00 Appliances $90.00 which includes trip & diagnosis (parts not included in service fee). We offer Preventive Maintenance (price depends on type of system). We highly recommend preventive maintenance to guarantee a worry-free summer or winter. Our air duct cleaning service starts at $289 the first 5 vents, then $15 per additional vent. Disinfecting fogger is $40.00 flat rate if opted for. Dryer vent is optional as well for $65.00 during the air duct cleaning service. Separate appointment for dryer vent cleaning is $115.00. AC or Furnace Tune Up: (One time) $79.99 Per section of system. Includes: Cleaning coil (either inside or outside each counts as a section of the system), clear condensate, check electrical, check temperatures and pressures, check operations (not included: replace filter for customer or refrigerant/parts).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We contact them via email and/or phone depending on how the customer contacts us, schedule service, and then after service we may follow up for an after work follow up to see how work was performed to better our professional nature for future customers.

We have a degrees in our specialty field of HVAC as well as 10 years of field experience.
