I had a very simple issue. My outlet in not bathroom did not work and even though I decided not to request service Louis told me over the phone to go around and reset all the GFCIs and lo and behold that worked. That's rare these days. I was soliciting various companies but Louis went out of his way to tell me to try something and it worked.

Well, since I could only choose 3 words to use to RAVE about Louis I must also add that he was extremely punctual & communicated everything accurately! He knew the best route to take to accomplish what I needed to have done. He was exceptionally respectful of my home, family and animals! Louie was so helpful and timely in addressing my concerns about our hall bath exhaust fan. He made my options clear and didn’t try to sell me what I didn’t need. The work was completed in under two hours with awesome customer service, and that included a new light fixture too! He left my home as clean as when he got here and that was huge for me.
