I had a very simple issue. My outlet in not bathroom did not work and even though I decided not to request service Louis told me over the phone to go around and reset all the GFCIs and lo and behold that worked. That's rare these days. I was soliciting various companies but Louis went out of his way to tell me to try something and it worked.
