FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing reflects the value we bring to any project yet remains extremely competitive within all of the areas we work. One way we keep our costs low is by maintain an efficient operation. As a result of this our overhead is low and we pass this on to our customers. We offer discounts for seniors, Vets and first-responders.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a free consultation with each new customer. This may be over the phone, with pictures sent to us by our customers and in many cases may also involve a trip to your home. Our owner, Chris, is always available to speak with our customers before, during and after our work is done. Our best source of new customers is our existing customers! We get referrals most every day from our literally hundreds of satisfied customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelors of Science in Chemical Engineering. Around 2000 I started an Engineering and Construction Business and quickly became satisfied with the Contractors we were having to hire. So, I got my own contractors license, first a General Engineering license followed by an Electrical License. That is why we avoid those bad habits which drive homeowners and business owners crazy! We are on time, polite, always neat and explain our work.
