At J. W. Adragna Construction, our pricing is transparent and fair, using either a cost-plus or fixed-fee structure based on project type. Clients receive detailed estimates and written agreements outlining scope, exclusions, and payment schedules—no hidden markups or surprises. We don’t offer blanket discounts, but we help clients value-engineer their projects to meet budget goals without sacrificing quality. All changes are discussed and approved before work proceeds, ensuring every project is managed with integrity, accuracy, and open communication.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At J. W. Adragna Construction, we make every project clear, organized, and efficient from the start. We begin with an initial consultation to discuss your goals, budget, and timeline, followed by a site visit to evaluate existing conditions. Next, we prepare a design agreement or proposal outlining the scope, fees, and schedule. We then handle permitting and approvals, manage the construction phase from start to finish, and complete a final walk-through to ensure everything meets expectations. Our process is built on communication, transparency, and craftsmanship—delivering quality results every time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Jeffrey W. Adragna, founder of J. W. Adragna Construction, has over 35 years of experience in architectural design, construction management, and real estate. He studied architectural drafting, building codes, and construction management, and taught Building Codes and Drafting at The Art Institute of Tucson. Jeffrey stays current with 2024/2028 building codes and is proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp Pro, and Microsoft Project. He also holds active licenses as a General Contractor (KB-1) and Arizona Real Estate Salesperson, combining education, training, and hands-on expertise to ensure every project is executed with precision and professionalism.
