- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We use a precise, tech-forward process to ensure a perfect result with no surprises. Introductory Call: We start with a brief call to understand your project's scope and schedule your free, on-site consultation. On-Site Scan: During our visit, we use Matterport 3D imaging to digitally scan your space. This gives us exact measurements and a detailed 3D model for planning. Accurate Estimate: Using that 3D scan, we build a highly accurate, itemized, and fixed-price quote. This technology ensures every detail is accounted for. Schedule & Start: Once you approve the estimate, we schedule your project. Our professional team will then arrive on time to prep, paint, and transform your space, keeping you updated every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our most important qualification is over 7 years of full-time, professional painting experience. This hands-on expertise is our 'education.' It ensures we understand the right products, prep work, and techniques for every type of surface—from new drywall to historic trim. We train every team member in-house to our high standards of quality, safety, and meticulous preparation. We are also fully insured for your complete peace of mind.
