Cathy Martinez is the best technical recruiter in the business! She found our CFO/VP of Admin for our Cleanroom/ Specialty Lab Engineering firm and has given me advice on countless technical hires over the last 15 years. She has that great sixth sense that allows her to successfully match employers with the candidates that will succeed in that firm. She can draw out the types of technical and engineering people that may hesitate to express themselves on the critical issues when seeking a new job. She asks the critical questions of the employer to insure the boundary conditions of each position are fully understood at the start of the search.
