Reached out to 911 Air Repair on Thumbtack and got a response within 10 minutes. They had a repair technician at our home within an hour, and our AC was fixed within that same hour. I thought it would be a major repair that would cost me an arm and a leg, but the price was definitely reasonable. They were very sincere and professional. They explained what was involved in the AC maintenance and how long it would take. At the end of the job, they explained what they cleaned, showed pictures and any issues that were prevalent now or in the future. I would use them again for any AC projects.
We have never had a bad experience with 911 Air, and today was no exception. Carlos checked out our unit to determine why the fan blades were not moving and determined it was due to a short. He quickly repaired it and was friendly, professional, and thorough. It is so nice to have someone we trust.

Very easy to work with and explained in detail what was happening. Price was very reasonable. Would trust them to do an A/C repair again!
On time. Did the inspection quickly. Discussed the situation if my equipment, especially the age, explained the repair vs replacement costs without pushing the need to replace my heating and cooling system. Very nice person. My experiences with 911 Air have been limited but have always been professional and positive.

We waive our diagnostics fee with any approved repairs and we offer discounts to all First Responders, Teachers, Veterans, Active Duty and Seniors!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to make sure we treat all customers as best we can. We get the customer's contact info and work with their schedule to get a technician on over.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
On top of graduating from The Refrigeration School, we are always engaging in furthering our education and training we can get from all of our suppliers and manufacturers attending new trainings monthly.
