Joshua exceeded my expectations, I figured I would be waiting for days, he called and showed up 2 hours later. He was professional in dress and manners. I told him my wi-fi and printer problems and hooking up devices and he explained well and within an hour the problems were fixed. From now on I will be calling Joshua for all my IT needs.
